Анотація

В умовах повномасштабної війни та підготовки до повоєнного відновлення особливо важливим стає ефективне державне регулювання інноваційного розвитку галузей, що здатні підвищити техніко-технологічний рівень сектору безпеки й оборони та посилити конкурентоспроможність національної економіки.
