Анотація

У статті досліджено проблематику архітектурної трансформації українських банків в умовах переходу до відкритих фінансів (Open Finance) та імплементації регламентів ЄС (PSD3/PSR). На основі структурно-функціонального аналізу обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження проміжного шару «Digital Decoupling» та переходу на стандарти безпеки FAPI 2.0.
