Анотація

The article analyzes the medical and social aspects of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) within the framework of Ukraine’s modern educational and rehabilitative landscape. Particular attention is paid to the necessity of English language proficiency for specialists and families to access international medical protocols, innovative research, and global inclusion practices. The study highlights the multidisciplinary nature of DMD management, where linguistic competence serves as a vital tool for professional development and the improvement of patients' quality of life for children with progressive genetic pathologies in Ukraine.
