Анотація

The Russian-Ukrainian war is still ongoing, but the problem of restoring the country is already being actively discussed. A new type of documentation has been introduced at the legislative level – a program for the comprehensive restoration of a region, the territory of a territorial community, which should define the main spatial, urban planning and socio-economic priorities of the territorial restoration policy (Law of Ukraine "On the Regulation of Urban Development Activities") [1].
