Анотація

This paper examines how UX/UI design in mobile banking apps affects user engagement, conversion, and retention. It reviews academic research and industry case studies (e.g., Monobank, Revolut, N26) across the US, Ukraine, EU, and global markets. Findings show that intuitive interfaces, simplicity, and personalization significantly boost engagement and conversion, while trust signals and gamification improve retention. The study recommends iterative, data-driven UX design and strategic features (e.g. streamlined onboarding, referrals) to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
