This article examines the mechanisms of forming core banking operations under contemporary economic conditions. It analyzes the impact of central bank functions on the activities of credit institutions, alongside the foundational principles governing banking Міжгалузеві диспути: динаміка та розвиток сучасних наукових досліджень operations. Furthermore, the paper delineates the primary functions of commercial banks, outlines the classification of banking operations, and reviews the structural forms of commercial bank liability operations, including the composition of liability operations driven by borrowed capital. Finally, the framework for mobilizing and distributing bank deposits is presented, alongside the various forms of commercial bank asset operations, aimed at deploying free resources into loans, investments, trust, leasing, and factoring operations to maximize income.
