Nowadays, with the huge popularity of modern music trends, the creation of newly coined words in English has become increasingly noticeable. The development of these words depends on various factors, including the songwriter’s style, the origin of the song, and the target audience. In particular, artists often use inventive techniques to soften or obscure explicit language and profanity, aiming to reach a broader demographic, appeal to younger listeners, or meet broadcasting guidelines.
