In today’s globalized economy, English has become the dominant language of international business communication. Employees have to acquire strong Business English skills, including not only vocabulary and grammar but also language itself, professionalism, and intercultural awareness, as companies are increasingly operating internationally. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the swift incorporation of digital technologies into language education has increased, leading to a major change in the teaching of business English. E-learning provides flexible, extensible, and contextually rich learning environments through the delivery of synchronized sections to mobile tools, gamified tasks, and AI feedback. Effective curriculum design requires an understanding of how these techniques improve learner motivation, professional readiness, and business-specific language skills.
