Анотація
Management of an enterprise nowadays is certainly not among the most manageable tasks. High market pressure, unpredictability, and the constant volatility of the economic environment mean that companies are obliged to continuously improve and optimize their processes. These actions aim not only to reduce operational costs but also to shorten task completion times, improve customer service quality, and increase the overall efficiency of operations (Ivanov 2024; Stromberg 2024).
